Teamsters Local 404 has proudly represented working men and women across Western Massachusetts since being granted a charter with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in August of 1933. Our Local and our Business Agents have, through many years of personal experience and labor education, acquired the skills necessary to successfully represent and meet the needs of working men and women from every walk of life. Through the years we have successfully negotiated contracts for our members working in Freight, UPS, Nursing, Correctional Officers, Manufacturing, Bus Transit, Warehousing, Oil and Gas Delivery Service Technicians, Beer Distribution, along with many Public Sector contracts including Police, Police Dispatchers, School Custodians, Teachers Aides, and Department of Public Works employees, just to name a few.
