Teamster Horsemen Motorcycle Association Chapter 10 MA sponsor Shriners Hospital Fund Raiser

Last year on July 11, 2009 the Rocky's Hardware store of South Hadley and the Shriners Hospital teamed up to put on the 1st Annual Motorcycle Bike Run. With the help of the local community, staff and volunteers the run was a success raising over $5000.00 with all of the funds going to the Shriners Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts. This year Rocky's Ace Hardware of South Hadley is teaming up again with the Teamsters Horsemen Motorcycle Association to present its 2nd Annual Rocky's ride for Shriners. Many area companies donated raffle prizes for the event to help raise money. This year our goal is to raise $10.000.00 for the hospital and we need your help. We are asking this year for monetary donations to make this possible. We would appreciate any amount that you can donate and in return you will be recognized as a sponsor of the event. Each sponsor will be listed on the back of T-Shirts that will be worn by the riders the day of the event as they go on the three (3)and half hour run. Any donations over $500.00 will be recognized on all flyers, press information, advertising both commercial and in print for the event. Each company regardless of the amount will also receive a certification of acknowledgment for their donation.

Please help us in helping the Shriners Hospital in Springfield Massachusetts. We are asking that all monetary donations be turned in no later than May 30, 2010. Donations can be sent to Rocky's c/o Ali Grimaldi 487 Newton Street South Hadley, Ma 01075. Make checks payable to Bill Stoner.

Monies will be turned over in one check and presented to Shriners Hospital of Springfield to Lee Freniere, Public Relations Specialist for Shriners Hospital Springfield Massachusetts on Friday July 16, 2010 in a check presentation.
